Mark Stone is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who currently serves as the right winger and captain of the Vegas Golden Knights in the NHL. He tied with Johnny Gaudreau as the leading scorer among NHL rookies in the 2014-15 season and was nominated for the Calder Memorial Trophy. Stone is recognized as one of the NHL's premier two-way forwards and was appointed the first captain of the Vegas Golden Knights in 2021. He led the team to its first Stanley Cup championship during the 2022-23 season, scoring a hat-trick in the series-clinching game 5 of the 2023 Stanley Cup Finals.
